Apple Crisp Date Balls

These apple crisp date balls are the perfect midday pick me up. Packed with nutrients and flavor, they hit the spot when your body is craving something a little sweet.

I have such a sweet tooth. I could down a bag of candy in no time. I have been trying to cut down on my sugar addiction and have been playing around with date balls. I love apple crisp and these hit that flavor profile so well. The sugar in them comes from honey so they’re still sweet, but dense with nutrients that are actually good for you.

They are also incredibly easy to make and require no cook time! Simply add all the ingredients to a food processor on the chop setting for about 2 minutes, then form into balls. These can chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, but I usually let them sit over night. These can keep for about 10 days.

These date balls are packed with flavor and nutrients making them the perfect midday bite when you’re craving something sweet!
